Blogs & Resources

Welcome to my blog and resource library.

Here, I share reflections, insights and resources drawn from my experience as a counsellor. Many of these thoughts arise while I’m out walking my dog, surrounded by nature ,enjoying the space,

stillness and perspective it brings.

These moments are often captured in voice notes, which later grow into longer pieces of writing that I can share with you here.

I hope you find something that resonates, offers a little insight or gives you a moment to pause and reflect.
